Event access
The room can follow along.
Three jobs. Room captions and finished files have a rate. A stream is quoted from the run of show before the date is held.
Live room captions
Captions on a TV or a projected wall before the doors open, taken down when the room is done.
- Automated transcription shown in the room
- Setup and teardown
- Most rooms take about an hour and a half on site
- You send the date, the address, power, and where the screen goes
Live stream
A broadcast that stays up: camera cuts, screen switches, and a recording of the event. Sessions can be remote.
- Switching from a stream deck
- Send-off to the social platform you already use
- A recording when you want the file afterward
- You send the platform, the schedule, and who is on camera
Quoted
Quoted from the run of show, before the date is held.
