1. Design Principles

This layout is inspired by the print style of Edward Tufte. It values high legibility, clean serif text, and side-channel notes rather than footnotes. Empty space is allocated to the margins to contain references and notes.Sidenote 1: Edward Tufte is famous for data visualization and book layouts that prioritize clean reading grids.

2. Data Grids

Tables use thin hairline borders and alignment principles. Vertical lines are excluded entirely, relying on whitespace to define column groups.

3. Margin Layouts
