The Haptic Petting Zoo - Exhibit B: Project Budget and Disbursement Schedule

Direct Project costs may total no more than $91,200.00, which represents the full $96,000.00 Oregon Community Foundation (OCF) Creative Heights award less the 5% fiscal sponsorship fee of $4,800.00 retained upfront by Sponsor under Section 2 of the Agreement. The sponsorship fee is not a direct Project cost and is not a line item in this budget.

Note 1, fabricator stipends: This line covers stipends for fabricators, technicians, and accessibility specialists Grantee selects on skill, whether or not they are members of PDX Hackerspace, with the line able to cover a paid PDX Hackerspace membership for any collaborator who needs one to work on the Project at the space. Grantee engages and pays collaborators under Section 11 of the Agreement; no director or officer of PDX Hackerspace, and no family member of one, may be paid from the Grant without prior approval of Sponsor's disinterested directors.

Note 2, insurance: Liability insurance for the public exhibition and tour is charged to this line under Section 15 of the Agreement.

2. Disbursement Schedule

Installments are conditions to continued grant funding for charitable purposes, not payments for services or acceptance of deliverables. The amounts below are weighted toward the initial fabrication and equipment procurement phases. They total the budget total.
